I would say it's fine base for staying and exploring Old Orchard Beach. It's in the safe area near to the ocean, the beach, downtown which is another bonus.

Just perfect stay. The location was beautiful and the staff members were courteous. A beautiful beach, amazing view. Plus, the hotel was situated just a pleasant stroll away from United Methodist Church. There was lots of food that was great. Late check-out was useful.

Great value, cool enough and freshly decorated rooms. Great view of ocean. The provided service was first-rate too. Besides, there was free parking nearby.

The property was truly memorable and we had an exceptional stay. The room was fancy, the staff was friendly and the location was very special. We didn't have time and didn't visit the rooftop restaurant, but it seemed lovely;))

The hotel was very clean and the staff were great. There were climate control and an iron in the room, enjoyed that. Free Wi-Fi was available too.

Worth its 3 stars. Besides, we parked the car onsite. Being not far from the tidy beach. There's a good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Butcher Burger, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

200 metres away from the hotel there is venetias restaurant, which is a good dining choice. property's close to main attractions like palace playland.
